From Lisbon we will take a short trip to the suburban beaches of Carcavelos and Costa de Caparica, which, thanks to their small and safe waves, are ideal for your first steps in surfing! In an hour and a half, with my help, you will get acquainted with the theory, basic technique, practical skills, and of course, the philosophy of surfing. First, we will practice on the sand, and then you will try to catch the ocean waves: I will always be there to guide you, help you correct your mistakes and rejoice in your first small victories. Don't worry if you don't catch a tube or do a trick the first time: practice and a positive attitude are very important for surfing! The beaches selected for the lesson are equipped with showers, toilets and changing cabins. And if you want to take a break from the waves, you can also play volleyball, sunbathe or have a snack at a local restaurant.

Conquer the waves of Ericeira For those who have already made friends with a surfboard, I have prepared a more advanced lesson in the town of Eriseira, a small fishing village north of Lisbon. This place is a real mecca for surfers and bodyboarders, and the local beaches are recognized all over the world as exemplary for surfing. For the lesson, we will choose one of them: Cochos, Pedra Branca or Foz do Lizandro. All beaches are located in calm deserted places, so even in summer there are no crowds of vacationers - but there are luxurious waves!

Who is the walk for?
Active travelers of all ages! It's impossible to be "too old" to surf. In addition, in the ocean you can meet a lot of experienced surfers who conquer the waves much better than young guys. The price includes: 2 hour theoretical and practical surfing lessons, rent of a wetsuit and a surfboard suitable for the level. Transportation from Lisbon to the surf spot and back is not included in the price
